Integrated Medical Systems, Inc. was spun-out of one of its major shareholders, the Northrop Grumman Corporation, to build, sell and service the LSTAT system and related products and services worldwide.

IMS is uniquely capable of this due to its high degree of expertise in systems integration and information technology. IMS is run by a seasoned leadership team with both corporate and entreprenuerial backgrounds. This is augmented by a staff of experienced Directors and prominent Advisors.

LSTAT – Life Support for Trauma and Transport

The LSTAT is an individualized intensive care system providing resuscitation and stabilization through an integrated suite of state of the art medical and data devices. The LSTAT system is unique in its form and function. It is the only FDA cleared, patented, web-enabled, comprehensive and fully integrated trauma treatment system in existence.

The LSTAT provides enhanced medical treatment capability through the state of the art systems integration and materials engineering. It was developed using the customer-responsive Integrated Product Team approach common to highly complex multidisciplinary projects.

The LSTAT shell and main structural elements are comprised of a high durability aerospace quality composite material. Its subsystems are ruggedized, dampened against vibration and shielded against electromagnetic interference. The complete LSTAT system has passed rigorous testing for durability and reliability in a variety of environments including extremes in temperature, moisture, soil and chemical solvent exposure.
